FetchContact is a paid service that helps you find and verify business email addresses in bulk, either from a name and company, or from a company website alone. Results are provided on a best-effort basis - we confirm what we can and clearly label anything we can't, but we don't guarantee that every contact will be found.
You need an account to use FetchContact. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Don't share your account with people outside your own team.
FetchContact runs on a pay-as-you-go credit system - no subscription, no recurring charge. A credit is deducted only when a row returns an email we could genuinely confirm. Rows marked Invalid, Not Found, or that you already had a valid email for, are never charged. Purchased credits don't expire.
Use FetchContact for legitimate business purposes - finding and verifying contact information you have a genuine business reason to reach. Don't use it to build lists for spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable law, including data protection and anti-spam regulations in your own jurisdiction.
Files you upload are used solely to process your enrichment job. See our Privacy Policy for how long this data is kept and how it's handled.
A confirmed email address existing at the time of checking doesn't guarantee it will remain active indefinitely, or that a message you send to it will be delivered, opened, or replied to. Confidence scores reflect our verification at the time of the check, not a permanent guarantee.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FetchContact after a change means you accept the updated terms.
