When you create an account, we collect your email address and any contact details you choose to provide. When you use the product, we collect the files you upload for enrichment and the results we generate from them.
Your uploaded file is used only to process your enrichment job. Results are kept for 15 days so you can retry a job or re-download your results, after which they're automatically removed from our systems.
We don't sell your uploaded contact lists, and we don't use them to build or improve any product outside of processing your own job.
Processing your file involves real-time email verification through third-party infrastructure. No third party receives your file as a whole - only the individual pieces of information needed to check a specific address.
Payments are processed by our payment gateway provider. We don't store your card or bank details ourselves.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@fetchcontact.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
