Six steps, laid out plainly - nothing hidden about what happens to your list.
A .xlsx or .csv with First Name, Last Name, and Website columns - up to 25,000 contacts in one file. Any other columns in your file (job title, company, phone) are left exactly as they are.
If your file already has an Email column filled in for some rows, those are left untouched by default. Tick "also verify emails that are already provided" if you want them double-checked too, instead of just trusted as-is.
The job starts running in the background right away. You can close the tab - it keeps going. Come back anytime to check on it from "My uploads."
The status page shows real progress as it happens - a live count of emails found so far, and how far through the file it is. Each contact is checked against known, confirmed patterns first, then a deeper search if it's not an easy match.
Every row gets a plain confidence label - Valid (confirmed deliverable), Catch-All (the domain accepts all mail, so we can't be 100% certain), Unknown (couldn't confirm either way), or Not Found. Never a guess dressed up as a fact.
Not-found rows are always free. You're only charged for a row once a real result - Valid, Catch-All, or Unknown - comes back.
